Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services on the 152 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 152 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other means. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access that has been promptly reported to our support team.

Users are required to provide accurate identity verification information when requested as part of the account verification process. Failure to do so may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

User Responsibilities & Rules

As a user of the152 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or financially dishonest activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical systems to exploit the platform.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with its technical systems.
• Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of other users.

152 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account termination and referal to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 152 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources.152 supports a variety of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go.

Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmed by the payment system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Any disputes regarding a transaction must be reported to the 152 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

152 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or requiring further verification in accordance with our internal security policy. Users may be required to provide verification documents before a withdrawal is approved.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

152 strives to provide a consistent and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, 152 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

152 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instruction from a relevant authority. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation will not be entitled to a refund of any balance associated with that violating activity.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 152 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 152 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 152.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. 152 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

152 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
